This gift card has a value of ¥50,000 / ¥100,000.
It may be used once per purchase within the validity period and cannot be reused or split across multiple transactions.
The card is accepted at Shihara stores in Japan and on the Japan-only online store.

How to Use

• In-store
Please present the physical gift card at the time of purchase.
If the card is not presented, it cannot be applied to the purchase.
• Online Store
Enter the gift card code printed on the back of the card at the payment screen.
(Available only on the Japan online store: shihara.com)


Terms & Conditions

• Gift cards cannot be recharged or refunded after purchase.
• The value of the gift card can be checked at Shihara stores or on the online store.
For confirmation of the validity period and usage status (unused/used), please contact a Shihara store or the contact information listed below.
• A gift card may be used once per order only.
Reuse or partial use over multiple orders is not permitted.
• No change will be given if the purchase amount is less than the value of the gift card.
• A maximum of five gift cards may be used in a single transaction.
• If the purchase amount exceeds the value of the gift card, the remaining balance must be paid in cash or by another payment method designated by Shihara.
• The gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Expired cards cannot be used.
• Gift cards may be used only at Shihara stores in Japan and the domestic online store.
They cannot be used on international online stores.
• Some products may be ineligible for purchase with a gift card, and there may be cases where the card cannot be used for items that are sold out.
• Gift cards cannot be used for repairs or optional services.
• Items purchased with a gift card cannot be returned or cancelled, whether purchased online or in-store.
• Gift cards may not be combinable with certain discounts or promotional offers.
• Gift cards cannot be returned, exchanged, or reissued under any circumstances.
• Shihara bears no responsibility for loss, theft, or unauthorized use of the gift card.
• The card may not be available temporarily due to system issues. Shihara assumes no responsibility for such cases.
• Resale of the gift card is strictly prohibited.
If resale is confirmed, the card will be deactivated.
• Shihara is not responsible for issues arising from the user’s internet environment, disputes between the purchaser and the user, or any other problems related to gift card usage.
• Shihara reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Japan.
Any disputes arising in connection with the use of this gift card shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
